Product Description

Plywood is made by gluing together sheets of veneer. The plywood bonding process requires veneer low moisture, so veneer needs to be dried first by the continuous veneer dryer. The Biomass Burner heated Veneer Dryer machine was developed for drying wood veneer sheets used in plywood making machine. The core veneer dryer line causes little damage to the veneer, making it highly suitable for drying hardwood veneers for paneling and furniture. The dried veneer by veneer roller Dryer has the uniform moisture content, flat with no buckle or end waviness and the surface is in good condition before gluing. The drying cost is $6-$12 per cubic meter which is much lower than convetional veneer drying machine like steam boiler or thermal oil heater types veneer dryers.

Unlike the traditional veneer dryers whose heat source was mainly from the steam boiler or conduction heat oil boiler, Shine Machinery developed and produced the burner that can burn all kinds of waste wood directly as fuel. Biomass burner can provide hot air to the compact drying chambers to dry the veneers to a proper moisture level and no need steam boiler or conduction heat oil boiler. It is the lowest drying cost compared to the steam type and oil type wood veneer dryer.
